Customs & Import Charges
International orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

Returns & Refunds
Returns Policy
We hope you love your Mary Quant order. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging, labels, and tags.
UK Returns
Free UK returns are available.
To arrange a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

International Returns
Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact our customer service team before returning your item so we can guide you through the process.

Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 10–14 working days from the date we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds are issued at the price paid for the item.
